A large number of multinational companies are giving opportunities to un-employed Indian educated youth but not paying remunerations as per their qualification and experience without any employment assurance for the future. Any time they can be asked to leave without any notice. Secondly, the un-employnment is the result of lack of knowledge to choose the field of education. The mentality of the 80% un-employed youth is to get a job in Govt. Sector, So with the frustration of not accomplishing their dream job they may land into fatal Circumstance or criminal activities.

Certificate Course In Community Health (एलोपैथी) (CCCH)
एन.आई.ओ.एस., मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अनुसार-आशा है कि, यह कार्यक्रम कुशल स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराने तथा उन्हें तैयार करने में सक्षम होगा। ये प्रशिक्षित लोग समुदाय में स्वास्थ्य रक्षक के रूप में कार्य कर सकेगें तथा स्वास्थ्य जागरुकता, स्वस्थ पर्यावरण स्वास्थ्य तथा स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान और आपातकालीन स्थितियों में प्राथमिक उपचार व उपयुक्त चिकित्सा उपलब्ध करा सकेंगे। इस पाठ्यक्रम को सफलता पूर्वक पूर्ण करने के पश्चात कार्यकर्ताओं को अस्पतालों, नर्सिंग होमों तथा स्वास्थ्य क्लवों आदि में कार्य करने के अवसर प्राप्त होगें। व इन स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओ को झोला छाप व नीम हकीम जैसी अपमानित उपाधिओं से मुक्ति प्राप्त होगी |
It is expected that this programme will be able to train and prepare skilled Health Workers. Theses trained persons will work in the community as a MULTIPURPOSE HEALTH WORKER/FACILITATORS for creating health awareness, knowledge of healthy environment, health and hygiene, first aid, prevention of diseases, provide appropriate treatment in emergency situations. The trainees will work not only rural but also urban where 'There are no medical facilities fully developed". The trainees will have job opportunities as an assistant/health worker in the community or hospitals setting such as in hospitals, nursing homes and health clubs.
